A Planned Community with Private Amenities
Consejo Shores is a private, planned community with protective covenants and other agreements designed to maintain and enhance the quality/value of our community. The development features three waterfront parks,  a 9-hole golf course, a library, and a community center currently under construction. 

  • Most home sites are approximately 20,000 sq ft and have been surveyed, with Absolute Fee Simple Title land ownership.

  • The Consejo Shores Parks & Roads Trust Limited (CSPRTL), a non-profit established in 2010, maintains all community roads, seafront parks, and greenbelt areas within the development. Monies are raised through annual membership fees (US$175 in 2025) and Road Heavy Use Fees. Unlike most communities in Belize, all parks and roads within Consejo Shores are private and for the use of Consejo Shores property owners and their guests. 

  • The 9-hole golf course is available by membership or contribution of a minimal daily usage "Greens Fee". The golf course is maintained by an active group of volunteers known as FOG - Friends of Golf.
